Briggs Stratton Lawn Vacuums Cleaners

Most people relate vacuum cleaners to carpet cleanings. Most of them are unaware about the available of large format vacuum cleaners used outdoors on lawns to clean. Small lawns are often raked clean of the falling leaves and twigs as fall arrives. Some users even use special type of air blowers to blow off the leaves and twigs. Both these methods are suitable for a small lawn. It may be noted that these methods just shift the dead leafs from one place to another but does not get rid of them. You need to burn them in a heap or dispose in a proper manner.

For large sized lawns both the above stated solutions are of little use and are almost impractical to use. Here comes the use of heavy duty lawn vacuum cleaners. These are large sized vacuums mounted on push type trolleys similar to that of lawn mowers. These lawn vacuums are powered usually by the Briggs & Stratton engines similar to those used in their lawn mowers. The vacuum cleaners have a huge removable container where all the debris which is sucked into is deposited. Since these vacuums are powered by the Briggs & Stratton engines, all maintenance tips applicable to Briggs & Stratton lawn mower engines are applicable here too.

Briggs & Stratton recommends regular maintenance and upkeep of the vacuum engines to keep them in perfect shape. Briggs & Stratton manufactures two types of lawn vacuums. One is the push type, which is mounted on a wheel assembly and resembles a push lawn mower. The user manually starts the engine and pushed it around just like a lawn mower to clean the lawn.

The other type is for largest of lawns, playing grounds which need constant cleaning and upkeep. These are heavy duty vacuums with jumbo size debris containers usually mounted on a bigger cart pulled by a mini tractor or any other vehicle.
